Image Enhancement

The first part of the  program EgyGene GelAnalyzer4: Enhancement of the gel image.  

Enhancement of the image color: brightness, contrast, grayscale & color-reverse.. Cropping image from either outside or inside.. Reordering lanes of the gel image.

Image Colors Enhancement

Converting the image colors into grayscale - Getting the negative version of the image colors - Changing the degrees of brightness and contrast for the image colors.

Image Rotation

Rotating the gel image  by 90 degree or by a specified degree in the clockwise/counterclockwise direction.

Image Flipping

Flipping the image horizontally/vertically.

Cropping Image

Cut parts from the image edges and/or from the inside of the image.

ReOrdering Lanes

Change the arrangement of lanes inside the gel.
