This section of the EgyGene GelAnalyzer4 software: Image Analysis part includes the necessary commands to enter the values of the standard sample.

This command enters the values for molecular lengths\sizes\weights and the amount of DNA\protein for every band in the standard sample. These values are used to estimate the equivalent unknown values for every band on the gel.
