This section of the EgyGene GelAnalyzer4 software: Image Analysis part includes the necessary commands to delete some lanes from the gel image.

This command deletes one or many lanes from the determined lanes on the gel. Press the button "Deleting Lanes" then select which lane(s) you want to remove and press "OK".
